Common questions
Do my customers need an app or an account?
No. They open your link in any phone browser, pick a service and a time, and enter their name and phone number.
How do I know when someone books?
New bookings appear in your dashboard as pending. If you've added your WhatsApp number, customers are also asked to send you the details on WhatsApp with one tap.
Can customers cancel or change a booking?
They message you on WhatsApp. You cancel the booking in your dashboard and the time opens up again for someone else.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Your page keeps taking bookings on a monthly subscription. If you don't continue, your page stops accepting new bookings, but your services, hours and bookings are kept.
